Our Promise
To ensure our commitment to sustainability and passion for the environment, we don’t utilise machinery. Instead, our oyster farm is manually run – meaning it’s a hands-on process. By using our own manual energy in every aspect, we ensure that we never produce or take more than what nature can provide.
